All our helium balloons are treated with a long-life product called Hi-Float that ensures they stay afloat for several days. Cool indoor conditions are best to keep your balloon floating for longer, heat and humidity can shorten their float time.
Yes, order pickups can be arranged by appointment from our Hornsby studio.
Ideally we will deliver the balloons in person to an indoor environment. Please provide the recipient's phone number or a building contact number if there is secure access to pass through. If there is no-one at home or answering the phone contact we will leave the balloon bouquet tied to a structure near the front door. We will advise the recipient that there has been a delivery. However, we cannot be liable for any loss or damage to the item if left outside in the weather. Exposure to hot or windy weather in particular can cause damage to the balloons.
We require a street address and access for door-to-door delivery. We can deliver to homes, businesses, hospitals, hospices, aged care facilities, preschools and childcares centres. For hard to find addresses please give us extra information and instructions.
Our delivery route changes constantly with new orders being received all the time and going out to different locations, so the time schedule is not fixed making an exact time of delivery hard to estimate. We endeavour to do most of our deliveries between 10-2pm. That being said, we'll always do our very best to help you if you have a limited time window for delivery, just mention it when you place your order.
Foil and latex balloons should be popped, strings removed and binned. If not damaged, foil shapes can even be saved and re-filled at a later time. Being made of natural rubber, latex balloons can be composted, just remember to remove the string first.
Helium is an inert gas that is non toxic and non-flammable. Warning: Never deliberately suck in helium from balloons, it replaces oxygen in the body and can lead to oxygen depletion, dizziness and even death.
No due to carrier restrictions we do not sell or supply helium gas cylinders.
If you have un-inflated helium foils we can offer a fill/refill service.
